Well, the challenge is underway. We are running one mile, on the hour, for the next 24-hours. However, there's a twist. As the clocks go back during the night, we'll have to run an extra mile for that extra hour everyone else will enjoy in bed. We are 15 hours in and things have been going well until the rain front associated with Storm Barbara arrived. The last four runs have been in the dark, the wind and some very heavy rain. I've little doubt our neighbours think we are mad. I'll confirm that when we've run through midnight and the tiredness hits. I guess we are quite lucky to have each other to run with for company and muscles fuelled by some lovely chips from Ben's chip shop on Oundle Road.
